How RentZero Works
Upon viewing RentZero.com, users are immediately prompted to click for more information. Clicking anywhere on the screen will open a second window. The information in this window is everything a customer would want to know about RentZero.
New members must give personal information to open an account. Once this information is provided, as well as billing information, members will be asked to select a membership plan. There are three price plans, each offering a discount for those who prepay for a one year membership. At this point, users will create a RentZero Game Queue. Here gamers will select video games they are interested in renting. The video games are selected in order of preference. RentZero recommends putting a minimum of ten games in the Game Queue. Video games will be shipped to the member in order of the preference indicated, as availability allows. If a video game is not available, the next game in the Game Queue is sent.
Gamers can keep the video game for as long as they'd like. When the video game is returned, RentZero will automatically ship the next video game in the Game Queue.
RentZero provides pre-paid return mailers, allowing members to enjoy the unlimited game rentals without ever incurring shipping charges.

The RentZero.com website is exceptionally user-friendly. By clicking anywhere on the homepage, prospective members can access all of the club's information from one screen. Conveniently, the enrollment section is on the same screen.
Just above the enrollment information request, there are two links. One link provides access to the terms of the free trial period. The other link provides a comparison between the various membership plans available. This is extremely helpful, as information seekers may prefer not to disclose personal information until the details of the program are outlined.
When enrolling at RentZero.com, an option is provided to assign a parental control password to the account. This feature blocks titles based on ratings. Parents can choose to only allow video games to be rented that are suitable for all ages, rated for teens, not rated, and so forth.
On the left side of this page, video games can be browsed by console or category. Across the top of the page are tabs, each labeled with the name of a video game console. By clicking on the desired console, games will list that are available for use with that console. There is also a search bar that enables users to type the title of the desired video game. The drop down bar next to it can be used to narrow the search by console.

RentZero Shipping
RentZero covers all shipping costs, both to and from the customer. When a member receives a game from RentZero, a prepaid return mailer will be included. This is used when the customer is ready to return the video game to RentZero.
Rented video games are shipped through the US Postal Service. Shipping time is estimated at 3-5 business days. Rural areas may take as long as 5-7 days. A shipping map is provided on the website which estimates delivery based on location.
RentZero Membership Rates and Plans
RentZero customers can choose the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Membership plan. All three plans offer unlimited game rentals and rental periods with free shipping and zero late fees. The Silver Plan is $13.95 per month and allows the gamer to rent one game at a time. The Gold Plan is $19.95 per month and members can rent two games per order.
The Platinum Plan allows users to rent three games per order at a rate of $27.95 per month. Each plan offers a discount for members who choose to pay yearly.
All plans also allow for the Rent It, Want It, Buy It feature. Gamers who rent a game and decide to add it to their collection can do so through this program. Should a user decide to take advantage of this feature, he could do so by logging into his account and choosing the option. The video game is offered at a reduced member's only rate. Once purchased, the next video game in the Game Queue is shipped.
Membership may be cancelled at anytime via email or by logging in to an account and selecting the option to cancel the account.
Rent Zero Free Trial
The Rent Zero free Trial lasts for 14 days. The trial period begins the day of sign-up. One game is shipped within 24 hours. At the end of the trial period, additional games will be shipped according to your membership level. If a customer decides to cancel, the received video game must be returned immediately.
RentZero Offer Code
When you sign up for RentZero you will see a spot available to enter a RentZero offer code. We've attempted to find valid RentZero offer codes for publication on this page but have been unsuccessfull. It is our impression that a valid RentZero offer code does not exist at this time.
Video Game Reviews at RentZero
Gamers may choose to rate a game. As a result of this rating system, if a user would like to see how a game is rated, clicking on the video game's title will provide that information. Clicking on the game's title will also provide a description of the video game and instructions for playing the video game.
RentZero Due Dates and Late Fees
With RentZero, there are no due dates or late fees, regardless of the customer's membership level.
